I have read the terms of agreement
This agreement is subject to the terms and
conditions appearing hereon, and customer agrees to be bound thereby. No
modifications or addition shall be binding upon Delancey Car Service,
Inc. Unless agreed to in writing. Delancey car Service makes no warranty
of any kind, express or implied, as to the service covered hereby except
as provided on the Voucher Agreement hereof. This order will become a
contract only when signed by customer and send back to Delancey Car
Service and then accepted by Delancey Car Service, acceptance by
Delancey Car Service is given by notice to customer that Delancey Car
Service has issued customer an account number.
